Red velvet

5 egg
250g unsalted butter
3 cup self rising flour
3 tp choco powder
2 cup castor sugar
2 oil base red colour
1 cup butter milk
1 tp baking powder
1 tp vinegar

1. set oven at 180C
2. sift choco powder, baking powder, and flour
3. whisk butter and sugar
4. add egg 1 by 1
5. add buttermilk and oil base colour
6. add flour 
7. add 1 tp baking powder and vinegar
8. bit untill smooth
9. bake in 180C in 20 to 30 min

500g whipping cream
250g cream cheese
60g icing sugar
110g butter
lemon paste

bit whipping  cream  in 30 min .1
in other container bit cheese cream, sugar, butter, vanilla and lemon .2
mix both .3 
used to  layer and decorate the cake .4




3 layer red velvet
cheese creamy
blueberry jem

cheese cream piped
yummy~
